Womho provides financial information and education only. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Nothing on Womho constitutes regulated financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial adviser before making financial decisions.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and using Womho, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Womho. We may update them from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. What Womho is (and is not)
Womho is a personal finance education and information platform. It is designed to help you understand your finances, track your budget, learn about financial concepts, and set savings goals.
Womho is NOT:
- A regulated financial adviser. We are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority.
- An investment platform or broker. We do not hold, manage, or invest your money.
- An accounting or tax service. Any tax-related information is general and educational only.
- A bank or payment service. We do not process payments or hold funds on your behalf.
Any numbers, projections, or suggestions generated by Womho (including by its AI assistant) are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not tailored financial advice. Please seek advice from a qualified, FCA-regulated financial adviser before making significant financial decisions.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 or over to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information. We are not responsible for incorrect results arising from inaccurate data you enter.
- You may only have one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits is prohibited.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Womho for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of Womho or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of Womho’s software.
- Use automated tools to access Womho at scale (scraping, crawling, bots).
- Misuse the AI assistant to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading financial content.
- Share your account credentials with others.
5. AI assistant
Womho includes an AI-powered financial assistant. You acknowledge that:
- The AI provides general financial information based on data you enter. It is not personalised regulated advice.
- AI responses can contain errors. Always verify important financial information independently.
- Your messages and financial profile data are processed by our AI provider (Groq) to generate responses. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI responses.
6. Intellectual property
All content, design, code, and materials on Womho are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
Your financial data remains yours. We do not claim ownership over data you enter. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Womho is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any financial information provided will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your circumstances.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Womho and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from decisions made based on information provided by Womho.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
On termination, your right to use Womho ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
